Content Creator & Video Editor (Beauty, Wellness & Fashion Brands)

TNGE is a founder-led performance and brand agency for beauty, wellness and fashion brands. We're growing fast, because most agencies do one thing well: performance shops optimise ROAS without understanding what sells a beauty brand, and creative agencies make beautiful work they can't measure. We do both, and our clients don't have to choose.

We’re hiring a Content Creator and Video Editor to own content end to end across our client accounts, from shooting on the ground to the finished cut going live.

This is a hands-on production role. You’ll shoot on location, edit for paid and organic, and turn work around fast enough to matter. You’ll work directly with our creative strategists, social leads and the founders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Video editing: cutting UGC, creator content and brand footage across multiple client accounts and channels. Conversion-optimised edits with the right hook framing, captions and text overlays.
• Format adaptation: versioning content for Reels, TikTok, Meta ad video and organic social, delivered in the required formats and resolutions.
• On-site content creation: shooting video and photo in Berlin, occasionally across Germany. You arrive with a shot plan and leave with usable material.
• Fast turnaround: finished stills and reels within 24 to 48 hours of the shoot.
• Paid creative support: producing variants for testing, and cutting new versions off whatever is performing.
• Platform and trend intelligence: staying close to what actually works on Meta, TikTok and Instagram, and feeding that back into creative strategy and briefing.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience editing short-form video for brands, agency or in-house
• Fluent in Premiere Pro, Final Cut and CapCut for fast social cuts
• Comfortable shooting solo. Smartphone-first, and confident with a camera when the brief calls for it
• A strong eye for design. You care how the work looks, not only how it performs
• You know the difference between an edit built for reach and one built for conversion
• Reliable under a 24 to 48 hour turnaround, across several accounts at once
• Berlin-based, and happy to spend time in different locations rather than only behind a desk
• Comfortable in premium and luxury contexts, where the work has to look considered

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in beauty, wellness or fashion
• German and English
• Photo retouching
• Motion graphics or After Effects
