Content Engineer – d/f/m

Stellenbeschreibung:

Design, execute, and analyse CRO experiments across web and app store listings
Build and own a structured experimentation framework from hypothesis through measurement and learning
Design and implement multi-armed bandit testing across segments and markets
Drive content personalisation for key user segments to improve relevance and conversion
Work with the ASO agency and Peec.ai to improve experiment quality and velocity
Document experiment results and build a searchable knowledge base of learnings
Build automated content workflows using no-code/low-code and AI tools
Automate structured content generation, including HowTo, Article, TaxCalculator, Breadcrumb, and Q&A schema
Define and maintain scalable templates for comparison pages, guides, explainers, calculators, and editorial formats
Create translation automation pipelines across German, English, and Spanish content
Roll out cross-market templates that can be localized efficiently
Identify and automate repetitive content workflow processes
Operate the content and SEO stack, including Uniform, Ahrefs, Peec.ai, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
Leverage Langdock, Antigravity, and Claude tools to accelerate content operations and experimentation
Build and maintain performance and experiment-result dashboards
Manage handoffs between the content agency and internal systems
Ensure content quality and consistency across three markets through automated checks and validation

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in content operations, growth marketing, or a similar role at a digital product company
Hands-on proficiency with n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms; able to build workflows independently
Strong working knowledge of Claude, AI agents, MCPs, and custom skills
Experience designing and running A/B tests, multivariate tests, and multi-armed bandits with statistical rigor
Understanding of ASO and/or CRO fundamentals
Understanding of JSON-LD, schema.org markup, and how search engines and LLMs consume content
Experience with or strong interest in content personalisation across user segments
Familiarity with CMS platforms, ideally headless/composable platforms such as Uniform
Familiarity with SEO tooling such as Ahrefs and Google Search Console
High ownership mindset and ability to drive problems to resolution independently
Full professional proficiency in English
German and/or Spanish are bonuses but not required
Basic Python or JavaScript scripting skills are a nice-to-have
Experience with AEO tooling such as Peec.ai or similar is a nice-to-have
Experience in a multi-market content setup is a nice-to-have
Background in fintech or tax-related products is a nice-to-have
