We’re looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager / Content Creator to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support our marketing objectives. You’ll work collaboratively across departments to create compelling, multi‑channel content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.

• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with organizational marketing goals and audience needs
• Create engaging, original content across multiple formats and channels, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and digital assets
• Conduct audience research and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategy and drive continuous improvement
• Manage content calendars and coordinate the production timeline to ensure consistent, timely content delivery
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, sales, and product to align messaging and maximize content impact
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure all materials meet brand voice and quality standards
• Monitor industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide data‑driven recommendations for future campaigns
• Customize content for different platforms and audience segments to maximize engagement and conversion
• Maintain organized content libraries and documentation for easy access and future reference

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or content marketing (3+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of content strategy development and audience segmentation
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing platforms
• Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and search engine optimization techniques
• Experience with social media marketing and multi‑channel content distribution
• Demonstrated ability to analyze content performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously
• Proficiency in content calendar management and editorial planning tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms
• Experience with A/B testing and content optimization methodologies
• Preferred: Video content creation skills, basic graphic design knowledge, or experience with marketing analytics platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving priorities
• Strong enthusiasm for digital marketing trends and emerging content formats
