Content Marketing Manager – GenAI Startup

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute the content strategy within the Growth team
• Create consistent content across relevant channels
• Own the newsletter and optimize its performance
• Keep the live website up to date with new landing pages
• Write blog posts about releases and AI trends
• Design strong Canva assets and ensure brand design consistency
• Work closely with Sales and Product

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in content/online marketing
• Interest in AI and hands‑on use of AI tools
• Excellent German and English skills (C1/C2)
• Canva expert with experience producing professional visuals
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Loops)
• Confident working with a CMS and a good sense for website structure and UX
