Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - German Native Speaker

We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to become the face and storyteller of allO. You'll spend time on the ground with our restaurant customers — filming, interviewing, and showcasing their stories — while also building out allO's own brand content. You'll be comfortable in front of the camera and ready to appear regularly on video, podcast, and interview formats.

Alongside content, you'll run our paid media efforts across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

What You'll Do

• Content Strategy: Develop allO's content strategy across our core channels (social media, website, blog, video/podcast) in line with our marketing goals, and turn performance data into concrete recommendations
• Customer Storytelling: Visit and showcase our restaurant customers on-site — filming, photography, and interviews that bring their stories to life
• On-Camera Presence: Be the recurring on-camera face of allO across video, podcast, and interview formats — with customers, founders, and team members
• Content Project Management: Independently plan and run content projects end-to-end (video shoots, social campaigns, website/blog content), keeping every project on schedule
• Content Production & Publishing: Research, plan, produce, and publish content across social media, the website, and other core channels; own the content calendar
• Paid Media (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads): Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads; monitor budgets and performance and optimize continuously

What We're Looking For

• German native speaker — confident leading interviews, podcasts, and on-camera content in German + Fluent English for internal collaboration and English-language content
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in content marketing, content management, or online marketing
• Genuinely comfortable on camera — this is a camera‑facing role, not behind‑the‑scenes only
• Experience with paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, and/or Google Ads) is a strong plus
• Solid content marketing know‑how and a good instinct for what makes content worth watching
• Working knowledge of SEO basics and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Openness to AI‑assisted content tools and interest in current AI/content trends
• Independent, proactive working style with a high bar for quality
• Comfortable traveling regionally to visit customer restaurants
• Video shooting and editing skills
