Content Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)

In this role, you will drive the end-to-end execution of Maltego’s content marketing programs across blogs, webinars, reports, social media, and campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale content production, asset delivery, and distribution for B2B audiences. You’ll manage content calendars, coordinate with freelancers and partners, and ensure a cohesive brand experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to shape how Maltego communicates its cyber/OSINT strengths to a global audience.

• Own end-to-end content initiatives from briefing to publication and promotion
• Create and repurpose content across blogs, webinars, whitepapers, reports, social, emails, landing pages, and assets
• Collaborate with freelancers, SMEs, partners, paid collaborators, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate production timelines, reviews, approvals, and publishing schedules
• Execute content distribution across social, website, email campaigns, community channels, and partner emails
• Manage day-to-day social publishing and scheduling across platforms
• Repurpose long-form content into social posts, visuals, newsletters, and assets
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to deliver assets and lead generation initiatives
• Support social and community engagement initiatives (Discord content, CTFs, webinars) and maintain brand consistency

• 2-5 years in content marketing, digital marketing, social media, or campaign execution
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Experience with multiple content formats and channels
• Detail-oriented with strong project coordination and execution abilities
• Familiarity with CMS, social media platforms, webinar platforms, and marketing workflows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, proactive, and execution-driven mindset
• Experience or familiarity with cybersecurity, intelligence solutions, OSINT, SaaS, or technical B2B industries is a plus
• Experience with AI-assisted content workflows, marketing automation tools (e.g., Account Engagement, HubSpot), or creative production tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus
