Content & Media Lead – Core Team Role

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Film and edit content for Instagram and TikTok
• Capture baesh events, user experiences, partner venues, and everyday life in Berlin
• Create talking-head videos and voiceovers
• Develop short, fun, aesthetic-first videos for Gen Z
• Social Media Management: Upload and schedule regular content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
• Community engagement via comments, replies, and DMs
• Track performance and develop new ideas to grow followers
• Creative Leadership & Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent brand voice and content quality across all channels
• Write short copy (EN/DE) for social media, emails, and promotional materials
• Team & Creator Management: Lead future content interns
• Build and manage relationships with external creators, influencers, and UGC creators

Requirements

• Berlin-based: You know the culture, vibes, and events that matter.
• Proven content experience and an eye for aesthetics
• Comfortable being on camera (e.g., for talking-head videos)
• Solid video/photo skills (professional equipment is a plus, but an iPhone is fine)
• Startup mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and open to new challenges
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
