Content reviewer with German (work from Sofia, Bulgaria)

Our client is a global advertising technology company that operates an AI-driven discovery platform. It connects advertisers with audiences across the open web using personalized content recommendations typically found at the bottom of popular news and publishing sites.

Start Date: as soon as possible

Contract Type: permanent contract with 6 month trial period

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content in German to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Identify, elevate, and report inappropriate, misleading, or policy-violating content when necessary.
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity while meeting daily targets and following internal guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1/C2) and good command of English for reviewing, moderating, and documenting content accurately
• In-depth knowledge of German society, culture, and public discourse, including awareness of current social and cultural trends, major public events, influential personalities, and locally relevant content.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify policy violations, misleading content, and quality issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines, follow internal guidelines, and make consistent decisions based on company standards.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience as Content reviewer or Customer service specialist is a plus.

What we offer

• Fully paid training program in English – 3 weeks, Monday – Friday 9:00 – 18:00

• Working schedule: 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 9 hours daily including 1 hour for a break. Tuesday, Wednesday – work from the office, the rest from home.
• Working hours: Monday – Friday 9:00–18:00, 11:00 – 20:00.
