Content, SEO & Conversion Manager

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, create and maintain content for websites, landing pages and specialist articles
• SEO-driven development of our content with the goal of ranking in positions 1–3 on Google
• Optimization of inquiry, booking and conversion flows (UX- and user-focused)
• Point of contact for customer inquiries about seminars and compliance services
• Qualify and provide initial consultation on inquiries in close coordination with specialist departments
• Project management for new digital content and marketing concepts
• Handling of project and customer requests
• Initiator for growth, visibility and digital development within the marketing team

Qualifications

• Motivated team player with a completed degree (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or equivalent)
• Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Structured, reliable and committed working style
• Confident and customer-oriented manner
• Strong understanding of content, online marketing and user needs
• Interest in B2B topics, professional development and compliance
