Job Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies focused on building thought leadership and demonstrating expertise within our industry. Identify and analyze key industry trends to inform content creation and positioning. Conduct audience research to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring content resonates and drives engagement. Create and manage content calendars prioritizing thought leadership pieces and case studies. Track and analyze content performance, focusing on key metrics related to thought leadership and lead generation. Refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales, and product teams to gather information for case studies and thought leadership pieces.
  • Copyediting & Proofreading: Meticulously edit and proofread all content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, grammar, style, and consistency across all platforms. Adhere strictly to brand voice guidelines and style guides. Provide constructive feedback to collaborators to elevate content quality.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget. Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful content strategies that drive brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with various content management systems (CMS).
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure content performance, specifically focusing on thought leadership metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles, including successful thought leadership pieces, and compelling case studies.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy and writing, with a demonstrable focus on thought leadership and case study development.
