In this role you will craft country-specific compliance content that clarifies regulatory requirements for internal and external audiences. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with Deel’s standards, while contributing to strategic, cross-functional initiatives. You’ll audit and improve resources, using data and AI tools to boost clarity and usability at scale. • Create and update country-specific content with SMEs to simplify compliance changes
• Collaborate with global teams to collect information, resolve ambiguities, and ensure accuracy
• Participate in strategic projects such as Compliance Go-to-Market processes
• Audit and improve resources for accuracy, clarity, and usability across platforms
• Leverage analytics and feedback to improve content clarity, usability, and impact
• Design templates and guidelines to streamline content creation and reduce redundancy
• Work with Deel’s AI tools to enhance content discoverability and synthesis

• 2+ years experience as a technical or compliance writer in a legal, SaaS, fintech environment OR 2+ years in customer support, learning & development, operations, content & communication
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startups
• Excellent written and verbal English with high attention to detail
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle shifting deadlines
• Ability to distill complex regulatory and operational information into clear, user-friendly content
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, Figma, or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with everyday AI productivity tools
