This is a training-focused role for content professionals who will combine strong writing discipline, research ability, and AI-powered workflows to produce high-quality content for global audiences. The position reports to U.S.-based professionals and leadership and supports content for professionals, entrepreneurs, and companies navigating immigration-related and related topics.

Key Responsibilities

• Write articles, blogs, marketing copy, and web content for global audiences.
• Use AI tools and AI-driven workflows to accelerate research, writing, and editing.
• Perform detailed research and ensure accuracy of content.
• Follow instructions and editorial guidelines closely; revise based on feedback.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based professionals and leadership on content strategy and execution.
• Develop and build expertise in content creation, storytelling, and AI-assisted processes.

What we’re looking for

Must-have

• Demonstrable content writing experience (posting lists mentions 3 years; other lines mention 12 years demonstrable work/portfolio is required).
• Experience writing articles, blogs, marketing copy, or web content.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong research ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using AI tools and modern content workflows.
• Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and meet performance expectations.

Preferred

• Experience in digital marketing or SEO writing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field.
