Are you passionate about driving operational excellence on the shop floor? We're looking for a hands-on Continuous Improvement manager at one of our clients key manufacturing sites near Düsseldorf. What you’ll do :

• Driving the operational excellence strategy across the factory
• Leading a small team and taking ownership for process improvements and optimisations
• Acting as part of the site leadership team, working closely with Head of Production and other key functions
• Provide training and day to day guidance on core standards and ensuring consistent delivery

What we are looking for:

• Experience working in a plant environment, in either production or Operational Excellence in a food/beverage/consumer business
• Excellent influencing skills and the ability to deliver results
• Drive to challenge the status quo- pushing to improve always
• Good working knowledge of lean methodologies
• Fluent English is a must, German would be a real advantage

This role is a site based position so we need someone who will be based in or around Dusseldorf. Existing EU right to work is required.
