Contract Associate

In this role you will manage and negotiate contracts to support ICON’s mission of delivering medicines to patients faster. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure terms meet business and legal standards and oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal. You’ll develop templates and provide guidance on interpretation, contributing to efficient, compliant contracting at scale. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align terms with business objectives and legal standards
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation and ensure adherence to obligations
• Develop and maintain contract templates and best practices

• Bachelor in Law or Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of contract management or related experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent German and English
• Ability to analyze complex contractual issues and propose practical solutions
• Proficiency in contract management software is a plus
• Willingness to travel ~5%
