Responsibilities:

• Ensure contracts align with organizational objectives, guiding stakeholders to understand risks and rewards effectively

• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to assess contracts, fostering collaboration and maximizing efficiency

• Empower global sales teams by providing expert support during negotiations, driving successful outcomes

• Utilize legal acumen to draft and evaluate commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and efficacy

• Innovate standard contracts and templates, streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency

• Drive excellence in audits and certifications, maintaining adherence to industry standards

• Spearhead contract review and improvement processes, optimizing organizational effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in business law, similar studies or state examination in law or “certificate-free”

• Ideally several years of industry-relevant professional experience

• Business-level German and English

• Teamplayer, communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization as well as the legal department

• Anticipates, understands, and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer‑centric approach
