Ich arbeite im Vertragswesen rund um Umspannwerks-, Freileitungs- und Kabelprojekte.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant:

Als Vertragsmanager*in bin ich Ansprechpartner*in im Projektteam für alle Fragen rund um Verträge mit Betreibern benachbarter Infrastrukturen, die durch 50Hertz-Freileitungen beeinflusst werden. Ich verhandle Kooperationsverträge mit anderen Übertragungsnetzbetreibern und unterstütze die Unternehmensgruppe, die Bereichsleitung, das Fachgebiet sowie die Projektteams in der Projektentwicklung und -abwicklung.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Im End-to-End-Vertragsmanagement verhandle ich komplexe Verträge, setze diese auf und prüfe bestehende Vereinbarungen,
• Ich wirke beim Vertragsabschluss mit unseren externen Partnern mit (z. B. Kreuzungs-, Mitnahme-, Gestattungs-/Duldungs- und Ausgleichsverträge) im Rahmen von Umspannwerks-, Freileitungs- und Kabelprojekten,
• Ich setze Vorgaben zur Qualitätssicherung für Vertragskomponenten um und kontrolliere die Einhaltung relevanter Vorschriften,
• Ich prüfe und beurteile Planungsunterlagen (z. B. Trassen- oder Baupläne) und stimme mich mit Bauträgern ab,
• Ich arbeite am Aufbau und an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Vertragsmanagement sowie an der Gestaltung von Schnittstellen mit,
• In meinem Arbeitsalltag stimme ich mich regelmäßig mit unserer internen Rechtsabteilung ab.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Ich habe ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einer kaufmännischen oder juristischen Fachrichtung,
• Ich verfüge über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertragsmanagement und im Projektgeschäft,
• Ich bin kommunikationsstark, arbeite selbstorganisiert und lösungsorientiert,
• Zu meinen Stärken zählen Stakeholdermanagement, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie eine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise,
• Ich bin resilient und vertrete die Interessen von 50Hertz bzw. unserer Projekte sicher und überzeugend,
• Ich beherrsche die deutsche Sprache sehr gut (C1-Niveau).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Ich kenne mich mit der Energiewirtschaft sowie den entsprechenden technischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen aus.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
