Contract Officer

As Contracts Officer you will support the Contracts and Procurement team by negotiating and reviewing terms across customer and partner agreements. You’ll help resolve contractual issues during project execution and proposal preparation, collaborating with project and proposal managers. The role involves international commercial-law practices, with opportunities to travel and engage in mobility programs. You work within a hybrid, growth‑oriented environment that values negotiation, compliance and cross‑functional coordination to drive successful business outcomes.

• Prepare, review and negotiate terms of contracts, NDAs and MOUs with customers and partners
• Support project and proposal managers to resolve contractual issues during execution and preparation
• Ensure compliance with commercial law practices, especially in international commerce
• Coordinate and communicate contract requirements across cross-functional teams
• Assist with travel logistics when necessary and support relocation as needed

• Background in Commercial Law, especially international commerce
• Notions of business administration and accounting practices
• Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken) in professional contexts
• Empathy and strong negotiation skills
