SOSi is seeking a highly qualifiedContract Service Manager (CSM) to join our team in support of our government customeron siteinWiesbaden, Germany .The CSM shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract and shall be available between the hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies.This position requires access to NIPRNet.

• Be the primary point of contact for the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) at each location.
• Maintain organized records of all contract documents and correspondence.
• Work closely with internal departments, including legal, finance, procurement, and operations, to gather information and ensure contract alignment with business needs.
• Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions and provide recommendations to mitigate such risks.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on contract management best practices and legal requirements.
• Ensure a responsive staffing plan is available and maintained to respond to surge or unexplained absences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, contract management, contract administration, international relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ recent (within 10 years) experience as a project or contract manager with supervisory duties.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ recent (within 10 years) experience as contract manager in Europe managing a contract for a DoD agency.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ recent (within 10 years) experience overseeing contract employees in different European countries.
• Shall be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint
• Shall fluently speak, read, and write English at the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scale, Level 5 standard.
• Capable of being fully trained on IACS registration operations and services and if required, able to augment IACS registrars by stepping in during manning shortfalls.
