Responsibilities

Provide on-demand ("on-call") therapeutic support for patients attending MAT appointments.
Review and interpret standardized assessment tools, including BAM‑R, PHQ‑9, Social Determinants of Health, and Patient Satisfaction Surveys.
Compare current assessment results to baseline and prior scores to identify trends and clinical needs.
Deliver brief, targeted therapeutic interventions such as supportive counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Address ambivalence, reinforce recovery goals, and support behavioral change.
Collaborate with patients to identify barriers to recovery and connect them with appropriate internal or external services.
Document clinical interactions and relevant findings in accordance with organizational standards.
Communicate clinically relevant insights to the care team as appropriate.
Participate in feedback loops to refine and improve the MBC pilot model.

Requirements

Masters level behavioral health clinician—preferred to be fully licensed but not required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
Experience working with substance use disorders and/or MAT populations.
Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing and brief therapy models.
Experience with measurement‑based care or outcomes‑informed treatment preferred.
Comfortable interpreting standardized clinical assessments and applying findings in real time.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
