Overview

You will serve as the Procurement Contract Manager for Space Systems, driving strategic contract support across Germany. You work within Procurement Contracts to shape and govern complex agreements with global customers and partners. You collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and Export Control to ensure robust contract baselines and risk mitigation. Verantwortungsbereiche

Serve as PCM focal point for Space Systems activities in Germany
Advise and support Call for Tenders by challenging baselines and assessing bids
Lead contract drafting and negotiations with Procurement function
Approve Contract Validation Form capturing risks, deviations, and opportunities
Oversee contract lifecycle: drafting, amendments, claims, and settlement documents
Provide contractual risk analysis during disputes and pre-litigation matters
Support internal stakeholders on contractual implications of strategic projects, including confidentiality and IP
Develop and enhance Procurement Academy training and coaching for stakeholders
Standardize procurement excellence by proposing and updating standard contracts

Zentrale Anforderungen

3+ years in Contract Management with secure drafting of procurement agreements
Master's degree in Legal and/or Business Administration or equivalent
German language negotiation level (mandatory) and fluent English
Customer oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills
Analytical, rigorous, pragmatic with ability to balance risks and business needs
