Controller US Accounting (Fully Remote)

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to clients, leading financial review meetings and providing insights on performance, KPIs, forecasts, and budgets.
• Oversee complex accounting matters, offering guidance on financial decisions and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with internal accounting teams, including bookkeepers and senior accountants, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience with strong Controller-level responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, KPIs, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $85,000 annually.
