COO – Leading Compliance Service Provider

Responsibilities

• Take on a key leadership role within the management team
• Oversee operational service delivery
• Manage strategic client relationships
• Drive implementation of innovative compliance solutions
• Lead and optimize the delivery of Compliance-as-a-Service operations
• Manage key client relationships (Key Account Management)
• Oversee regulatory monitoring, gap assessments, and impact analyses
• Develop and execute implementation concepts for new regulatory requirements (e.g., KWG, WpIG, MaComp)
• Collaborate with advisory and legal teams on cross-functional projects
• Participate in strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Completed university degree (e.g. law, finance, economics or related fields), Bachelor or higher
• Professional experience at a Big Four firm or in a regulated financial institution
• In-depth knowledge of German and EU financial regulation (e.g., KWG, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp)
• Strong leadership, communication and client management skills
• Strategic mindset and interest in RegTech and digital compliance solutions
