This role is a permanent full‑time position reporting to the Unit Manager – Maternal and Child Health & Immunisation, providing professional leadership to the MCH workforce and ensuring high‑quality, family‑centred, culturally safe services for families with children aged 0–5 years across the municipality. Responsibilities include supporting and developing staff, promoting evidence‑based practice, contributing to service planning, and leading quality initiatives in partnership with other coordinators.
