Coordinator Production Preparation (m/f/d)

For our renowned client in Schweinfurt, we are seeking two dedicated Production Preparation Coordinators (m/f/d) on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible. You will work full-time (40 hours/week) on-site, supporting a dynamic production preparation team. If you value structured processes and are interested in the opportunity for a long-term perspective with the possibility of permanent employment, Your responsibilities will include supporting the creation and maintenance of system master data to ensure the manufacturability and availability of series and spare parts. This includes:

• Creating, releasing, and maintaining technical master data, including structures

• Creating, releasing, and maintaining production and spare part documentation (packaging, manufacturing, and installation documents)

• Setting up and maintaining delivery blocks

• Creating and maintaining conversion and retrofit kits

• Creating and maintaining data for traceability and labeling

• Reviewing prototypes and samples

• Produktionsvorbereitung & Koordination: Sie planen, steuern und koordinieren Abläufe im Bereich der Produktionsvorbereitung, um einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf sicherzustellen.

• Prozessoptimierung: Sie unterstützen bei der Vorbereitung von Fertigungsprozessen und Schnittstellen im operativen Betrieb.

• Schnittstellenkommunikation: Sie bilden das Bindeglied zwischen verschiedenen Fachabteilungen und sichern den Informationsfluss im Tagesgeschäft.

• Qualitäts- und Terminkontrolle: Sie überwachen die Einhaltung von Zeitvorgaben und Qualitätsstandards im Vorbereitungsprozess.
