Core Curriculum Trainer (Fully Remote)

• Play a key role in designing, developing and delivering our core curriculum.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, operational teams and L&OD colleagues.
• Lead on specialist areas of learning, building capability through mentoring.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience designing and facilitating learning in face-to-face and virtual environments.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Understanding of drug and alcohol sector or health and social care.

• Remote working with regular travel including occasional overnight stays.
