Corporate Accounting and Reporting Expert – Home Comfort Focus on IFRS (f/m/div.)

In this role you own IFRS topics with a focus on IFRS 3, IAS 36 and IAS 38 for the Home Comfort subgroup, ensuring high-quality consolidated reporting. You prepare and analyze quarterly and annual statements, driving accurate application across the organization. You act as the central accounting advisor to auditors and internal stakeholders and guide the global HC finance community on IFRS and income tax topics. You identify improvement opportunities and support IFRS reporting and consolidation projects.

• Take technical ownership of selected IFRS topics (IFRS 3, IAS 36, IAS 38) and ensure consistent application
• Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual IFRS consolidated financial statements for the Home Comfort subgroup
• Review and approve material and non-standard journal entries within area of responsibility
• Provide advisory support to auditors and internal stakeholders domestically and internationally
• Provide technical accounting guidance to global HC finance community, especially on IFRS and income tax topics
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to reporting and consolidation process enhancements
• Support projects in IFRS financial reporting and consolidation

• several years of professional experience in IFRS accounting and corporate reporting
• very good knowledge of IFRS (ideally IFRS 3, IAS 36, IAS 38)
• familiarity with consolidation tools such as OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS, or S/4 Group Reporting (a plus)
• good knowledge of SAP FI and MS Office, particularly Excel
