Corporate Accounting and Reporting Expert – Home Comfort Focus on IFRS (f/m/div.)

In this role you will own selected IFRS topics within the Home Comfort Finance team, ensuring compliant, timely consolidated reporting. You will manage IFRS 3, IAS 36 and IAS 38 topics, support auditors and stakeholders globally, and contribute to continuous improvements in reporting and consolidation processes. You will also engagement with IFRS developments and provide technical guidance to the global finance community. • Own IFRS topics with emphasis on IFRS 3, IAS 36, IAS 38; ensure consistent application
• Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual IFRS consolidated financial statements for the Home Comfort subgroup
• Track IFRS developments and interpret requirements across the organization
• Review and approve material and non-standard journal entries within area of responsibility
• Provide advisory support to auditors and internal stakeholders domestically and internationally
• Deliver technical accounting guidance to the global HC finance community on IFRS and income tax topics
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in reporting and consolidation
• Support IFRS financial reporting and consolidation projects

• Several years of professional experience in IFRS accounting and corporate reporting
• Very good knowledge of IFRS, ideally IFRS 3, IAS 36, IAS 38
• Familiarity with consolidation tools such as OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS, or S/4 Group Reporting (a plus)
• Good knowledge of SAP FI and MS Office, especially Excel
• Education in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Business Administration or a comparable field
