Overview

In this role, you will support the UTA Group’s financial reporting and consolidation processes. You will ensure timely IFRS financial statements, intercompany reconciliations, and accurate data for group reporting within the Edenred group. You will work closely with local service providers and cross-functional teams to maintain data quality and implement new reporting requirements. This position offers responsibility in shaping reliable financial reporting and contributing to scalable, compliant processes across the group.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Process monthly financial statements for 21 UTA Group entities and prepare IFRS group reports
Upload and validate data in consolidation/reporting systems (IBM Cognos Controller, FIRST, TM1, K-Shuttle)
Coordinate reporting activities with local service providers for subsidiaries
Maintain and validate P&L, balance sheet, leasing contracts, FTE, KPIs, and other financial data
Support Edenred Group reporting with consolidation adjustments, tax reporting, and annual disclosures
Assist in implementing new reporting requirements and ensure high-quality, efficient reporting across the Group

Zentrale Anforderungen

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years in accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, or similar finance function
Solid knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS with experience in financial reporting
Hands-on experience with consolidation/reporting systems (IBM Cognos Controller, IBM Planning Analytics TM1, Oracle HFM FIRST) including data uploads and ad hoc analyses
Strong analytical, structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
Proactive team player with ownership and accountability
Fluent in English; German a plus
