Corporate Associate | 2-5 PQE

In this Corporate Associate role, you will support a first-class international corporate practice advising clients in tech, media, sports, fashion and hospitality. You will handle general corporate work with a focus on cross-border M&A, private equity and joint ventures, partnering with global teams on sophisticated transactions. You’ll work with growing tech, fintech and medtech clients, including startups, contributing to high-impact deals. This is a collaborative, inclusion‑driven environment where you help shape cross-border corporate work and client solutions.
