Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and execute visual concepts from briefing to delivery, including mood boards, storyboards, layouts and artwork
Design brand and communication materials across digital and physical touchpoints
Create presentations and visual narratives that simplify complex content for diverse audiences
Image research, selection, editing, retouching and quality enhancement
Contribute to development of corporate design systems, imagery, typography and templates
Ensure consistent brand experience across channels, markets and units
Develop templates and reusable assets for international teams
Utilize generative AI, automation and new technologies to accelerate ideation and production while safeguarding brand integrity
Advise stakeholders on visual branding and design solutions, translating requirements into creative outcomes
Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, Sales and external partners
Manage multiple design projects with clear priorities, timelines and high execution standards
Prepare and quality-check files for digital and print media, ensuring accessibility and production readiness
Maintain organized design files, templates and asset libraries
Stay informed on corporate design trends and AI-enabled workflows and translate them into improvements

Zentrale Anforderungen

Several years of professional design experience in corporate/brand design within international settings
Strong portfolio across corporate identity, digital, print, presentations and brand applications
Expertise in typography, layout, grid systems, color and information design
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint
Experience with Figma; knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, motion design or 3D tools is an advantage
Strong image editing, retouching and compositing skills
Experience with generative AI tools and responsible use
Ability to balance creative exploration with design systems and production accuracy
Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple stakeholders
Proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication of design decisions
High attention to detail and responsibility for deliverable quality
Very good written and spoken English; additional German or other languages are a plus
