CORPORATE DESIGNER (ALL GENDERS)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Designer to join our Corporate Design Team within the Global Brand department. In this role, you will shape and drive MYKITA’s visual identity across branding, packaging, digital platforms, and content production, with a strong focus on art direction and visual consistency. You will independently manage projects from concept to final delivery, defining visual directions and ensuring a high-quality and coherent brand expression across all touchpoints.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate design, branding, or a related field
• Degree in design or relevant vocational training
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership across branding, packaging, digital, and content
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and production (print and digital)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with video editing or motion tools
• Open to new tools and workflows, including AI-supported processes
• Experience in photo/video production is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Self-driven, structured, and confident in making design decisions
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

YOUR TASKS

• Own and execute design projects across print and digital from concept to final delivery
• Develop strong concepts based on briefs and translate them into cohesive visual outcomes
• Create and implement branding, packaging, and communication assets
• Design and refine digital experiences with a focus on usability and aesthetics
• Produce and edit visual content, including video and motion assets
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
• Contribute to the development of MYKITA’s corporate design system
• Support junior team members and help maintain design quality and consistency
• Manage multiple projects with a structured and detail-oriented approach
