Corporate Lawyer (Legal Counsel Expert) (Fully Remote)

• Serve as lead lawyer on legal requests, providing guidance on contract risks and commercial solutions.
• Coordinate external legal counsel support and perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice in the US.
• 10 years of transactional legal experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS negotiations.
