Internal Job Title: Client Legal Administrator

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Work Arrangement: Hybrid working model, with increased on-site presence during the onboarding and settling-in period to support a smooth transition

Salary range: €55,000 – €65,000 gross per year

Responsibilities

As a Client Legal Administrator, you’ll play an important role in the success of our business. During your typical workday, you’ll be involved in a wide range of diverse and dynamic projects including:

• Working directly with our international clients and potential clients, analyzing and interpreting documents, regulations, and procedures (including KYC and compliance requirements) in relation to our clients’ legal and tax opportunities.
• Establish and maintain German client companies, manage corporate administration, accounting, and other back‑office requirements to keep these German companies in good standing (corporate housekeeping).
• You report to the Business Unit Manager Corporate Clients.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of work experience in an international company, law firm, tax or accounting firm.
• Comprehensive knowledge of German (corporate) law.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
