Master of Business Administration
Briefing preparation for external and internal meetings of the Executive Management in collaboration with relevant business units
Active agenda management, preparation and follow-up of Executive Management meetings
Responsibility for the preparation of presentations and documents for Board of Directors meetings
Independent analysis of business cases and reports to advise the Executive Management
Providing cross-functional context for the leadership team and ensuring effective information flows
Calendar management and schedule alignment in coordination with Executive Assistants
Facilitation of cross-departmental strategic projects and company initiatives

Business Administration or similar University Degree
Nice to have: Experience in aviation industry and working with C-level
Excellent English, Turkish of advantage
Strong analytical mindset with independent, structured way of working and eye for detail
