Your Responsibilities

Responsibility for SG&A cost center controlling for the three German DQS companies
Conducting budget, forecast, and variance analyses as part of the SSC monthly closings
Point of contact for personnel controlling, including headcount and personnel cost analyses
Responsibility for sales commissions, including calculation of commissionable sales
Establishment and monitoring of auditor provisions
Implementation of capex controlling and management of depreciation (AfA)
Intercompany settlements and cost allocations within the DQS Group
Documentation, analysis, and optimization of commercial processes
Collaboration on cost optimization and efficiency projects
Travel cost controlling and conducting ad hoc analyses for management and departments

Your Profile

A completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or finance
At least 2 years of professional experience in controlling
Solid knowledge of cost center, personnel, and investment controlling
Accounting experience (particularly HGB) is a plus
Very proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI
Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
Structured, analytical, and independent work style
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
