Located in the heart of the city center of Luxembourg, this small law firm is led by very experienced Partners and a team of Senior Associates, who all have one goal: Providing a personalized approach to the client and his needs, something that is not necessarily possible in many larger firms.

You will integrate a human-sized structure of less than 10 lawyers, who, as said, all already have a good level of seniority and therefore and work on a variety of complex transactions. This allows for a strong team spirit and continuous learning for everyone as a result.

Working in a boutique law firm will offer you the best of both worlds, as you can still enjoy working on diversified and complex clients while having the freedom of offering each client a personalized service and having more freedom to fully get to know them.

Your Responsibilities | Counsel Corporate M&A – Law firm – Legal – Lawyer – Avocat – Law - Corporate

• As Counsel Corporate M&A, you will assist with mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and other transactions, and draft all necessary corporate documentation related to these.
• Additionally, you will have the opportunity to act as a key point of contact for your clients. 
• You actively participate in the development of the Corporate M&A department and identify areas for optimization and digitalization. It is important to note that this law firm is already well digitalized.

• You have at least 7 years of experience in Luxembourg ( in a law firm) in Corporate Law/M&A. Experience acquired in an international law firm is considered as an additional plus, as this law firm has a similar client portfolio to those we find in such firms.
• Furthermore, you are fluent in English and French, written and spoken.Any other language will be considered as an asset.
• For this position, you should hold a Master’s degree in Law and have obtained your CCDL in Luxembourg.
• Well-organized and with an eye for detail , you will easily fit into the healthy corporate culture and become a key member of the firm.

• Our partner is willing to offer you an interesting annual gross remuneration that could reach an amount of € 180.000 on an employee-based status, depending on previous experience and your profile. You will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, that typically reaches between 2 and 4 months of salary.
