• Minimum 10 years in CRE advisory, investment, or development in Germany
• Established relationships with institutional investors, developers, or lenders
• Track record of originating and closing mandates independently
• Comfortable operating with senior autonomy inside a structured platform

What You Do

• Originate and lead advisory mandates in your market
• Represent Shelton Reed in client and counterparty discussions
• Coordinate with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdiction deals
• Contribute market intelligence to shared advisory knowledge base
