KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct professional phone and Zoom conversations
• Engage with individuals who have requested further information
• Build and maintain professional relationships
• Utilise digital communication tools including Zoom, email and CRM systems
• Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development
• Follow established systems and processes
• Manage your own workflow and schedule
