Creative Copywriter (m/f/div)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver standout campaign ideas and creative concepts for a diverse range of brands.
• Conceptualize, pitch, and bring your creative ideas to life.
• Focus on digital to unlock tomorrow’s possibilities.
• Approach creativity with a strategic mindset, incorporating cultural trends, data, and insights.
• Collaborate with our digital, media, and social experts.
• Move beyond TV‑first thinking to create content for 360‑degree campaigns that work across all touchpoints.
• Integrate AI tools and processes into your workflow.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience as a Creative in an agency with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and original storytelling.
• Native German with excellent English skills, capable of working with German and international brands.
• Ability to use different tones in campaigns, creating engaging and memorable content.
• A proactive mindset, a small‑agency mentality, and a drive to take initiative, lead projects, and deliver results without waiting for direction.
• Keen interest in digital trends, social media and the use of AI where it makes sense.
