Your Tasks

• Lead the overall creative quality and direction of projects, teams and accounts.
• Define and steer creative concepts and campaign directions.
• Guide decision-making processes with clients and leadership teams.
• Oversee productions and ensure high creative standards.
• Foster collaboration across disciplines and departments.
• Develop team structures, workflows and creative processes.
• Mentor and grow creative talent within the agency.
• Drive innovation and identify relevant cultural and technological developments.
