What you can expect

We are looking for a creative and conceptually strong individual to serve as Creative Director (m/f/d) with a focus on FMCG CULINARY . You bring extensive experience in holistic brand design, the development and creation of comprehensive product portfolios, brand identities, and campaigns, as well as in packaging design, and you confidently lead your team from concept to execution. You work with a diverse client portfolio—ranging from international brands to startups—and have a keen sense for trends and 360° brand experiences.

• Development of holistic brand strategies and their translation into creative concepts and consistent design systems
• Brand design across positioning, storytelling, packaging, digital touchpoints, and comprehensive 360° experiences
• Guiding your team through conceptual processes to achieve clear, effective results
• Brand presentation at the point of sale, digitally and in video formats
• Confident presentation of concepts and results to clients and internally
• Planning workshops and overseeing projects through to final implementation (including photo shoots)

What you ideally bring with you

• Over 8 years of experience in brand design forFMCG and culinary products
• Experience in developing and managing comprehensive product portfolios, brand identities, campaigns, and packaging design
• Strong skills in strategy, concept development, and creative ideation
• Experience in leading teams and managing conceptual processes
• Confident in dealing with customers, giving presentations, and leading workshops
• Proficiency in AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, VEO 3)
• Experience in motion design (e.g., After Effects or similar software)
• Fluent in German and English
• An independent, structured approach to work combined with a strong team spirit
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your conceptual strength and design excellence, including holistic and 360° brand work
