Creative Director – Full-time / Part-time (30 hrs)

Responsibilities

• Take full creative ownership — from the big idea to the final output
• Guide clients through the creative process, balancing their needs and goals
• Lead pitches, facilitate workshops, and maintain momentum on day-to-day projects
• Provide direction to the design team and foster an environment that allows individual strengths to grow

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic, Communication, or Media Design
• Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
• Comfortable with current AI, design, and production tools
• Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills — in both German and English
• Proven experience leading creative teams
