Задачи

• Develop concepts and write technical briefs for various channels.
• Generate new ideas and hypotheses.
• Interpret key business indicators to draw conclusions regarding product performance.
• Test and adapt hypotheses for UA creatives.
• Analyze advertising campaigns focusing on metrics such as CTR, IR, IPM, CPI, and ROAS to scale effective strategies.
• Perform systematic competitor research.
• Collaborate with Motion Designers, Producers, and UA Managers to achieve KPIs.
• Track trends and analyze visual market aspects using tools like Sensor Tower and App Annie.

Требования

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the gamedev industry.
• Project management skills and advanced communication abilities.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills in a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience in analytics and working with statistical data.
• Ability to articulate risks and set priorities.
• Nice to have: Experience with major sources in paid social and advertising networks, Playable experience.
