Creative Synergies Online Residency & Mentorship Program

The Program

Creative Synergies is a structured process for developing a single project with rigor, critical dialogue, and strategic thinking. It is not a lecture series and not a curriculum. It is a methodology. Over eight weeks, participants work to clarify their project's conceptual foundations, strengthen its methodology, identify its audiences and contexts, and build a concrete strategy for realization.

The program includes:

• One-on-one mentorship sessions (60–90 minutes each), fully dedicated to your project
• Group sessions with an international cohort of 4-6 participants
• Int. Seminars with invited artists, curators, scholars, art collectives, and institutions
• A closing public online symposium where each participant presents their developed project
• Publication in the CS Online Catalog, distributed across AAC's global network
• Promotion through AAC's channels and post-program alumni access
• Sessions take place on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), designed to leave the working week free for reflection and development.

Who Should Apply

Early and mid-career artworkers carrying a project idea, research inquiry, or curatorial concept that has not yet found its form. You do not need a fully developed project - you need an idea you are committed to developing.

The program is led by Mahzabin Haque, Founder and Managing Director of All About Curating, a Berlin-based curator, educator, and researcher with 14+ years of international experience and institutional collaborations including MoMA New York, ZKM Karlsruhe, Sprengel Museum Hannover, Art Incubator funded by the Berlin Senate, British Council, and Goethe-Institut.
