Creative Technologist (d/f/m)

Development, deployment, and refinement of our internal web tools and AI applications.

Rapid prototyping of new solutions based directly on pain points in strategy, creation, and project management.

Integration of AI models and external interfaces, such as social media APIs, into existing tools.

Operating, debugging, and maintaining live applications in the cloud.

Demos and hands‑on sessions where creative professionals can try out new tools directly within their projects.

Helping to decide which tools the agency needs next.

Your profile:

You build web applications and deploy them. The framework is secondary, because you understand architecture, databases, and cloud deployment, and you quickly get up to speed with new technologies.

AI‑powered development is part of your everyday workflow. You work with Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools and orchestrate agents instead of writing every line of code yourself.

You’re constantly tinkering with your own projects, simply because it’s fun.

You’d rather ship something unfinished today than something perfect next quarter, and you stick with it until it works.

You bridge the gap between tech and creativity and explain complex concepts in a way that gets people excited about them.

You’re based in Hamburg, speak German at a native level, and are business‑fluent in English.
