Creator Manager - Italy (m/f/d)

As a Creator Manager , you will play a key role in driving the growth and performance of our Creator Marketing program in Italy as well as in the expansion to new markets. You will own and scale our creator initiatives, manage partnerships end-to-end, and execute campaigns that contribute directly to GMV and brand impact. By combining a strong understanding of content, performance, and local market dynamics, you will continuously optimise our approach and unlock new growth opportunities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment with cross-functional teams. This position is permanent and based in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and scale our Italian creator program
• Support the rollout of creator marketing initiatives in additional European markets
• Manage day-to-day collaboration with creators, from testing to onboarding to long-term partnerships
• Plan and execute campaigns and activations with a clear focus on performance
• Handle operational topics such as contracts, communication, and invoicing
• Monitor performance and share regular insights and recommendations, utilising AI and automation where possible to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Continuously test and optimise how we work with creators

YOU COME WITH

• 3+ years of experience in Influencer, Creator, Affiliate, or Performance Marketing
• Hands‑on experience managing Creator programs
• A strong understanding of what drives performance on social media
• Confidence working with data and turning insights into actions
• Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, hands‑on mindset
• Genuine interest in social media, content, and digital trends
• Fluency in Italian and English; other European languages are a bonus
