Credit Analyst

In this role you assess credit applications for German SMEs using diverse data sources and our platform to deliver fast, fair, and accurate decisions. You will gain autonomy as you grow with our systems and collaborate with analytics teams to improve lending approaches. You’ll support colleagues on more complex cases and contribute to a data-driven decisioning culture. • Evaluate credit applications using multiple data sources and the company platform to make rapid, fair decisions
• Exercise increasing decisioning autonomy as knowledge of systems grows
• Support other analysts on larger or complex decisions
• Collaborate with analytics teams to optimize lending approaches and adapt methods accordingly

• Experience in commercial loan underwriting, credit sanctioning or credit analysis within the SME sector in Germany
• Strong business acumen and understanding of risk and revenue drivers affecting creditworthiness
• Strong German language skills (native level preferred)
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements
• Motivated, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with customers and cross-functional teams
