Credit Specialist for Outsourcing Services

With digitalization as a focus, you actively drive the further development of our services in the retail banking (private customer) area for our partner banks.
You handle, on behalf of our partner banks, all relevant tasks related to consumer lending and mortgage financing.
You further develop our highly successful standard process model in retail banking and align it with the new operating model.
You take market requirements and technological developments into account and proactively and cooperatively network with colleagues from business areas and other specialist departments.
You work as part of projects and client acquisition activities in close cooperation with senior management of the banks and with internal and external strategic partners from the cooperative financial group.
You are comfortable with travel of approximately 70 days per year.

Requirements

You hold a degree in business administration and have several years of relevant professional experience (2 to 6 years) in the retail banking area, or an equivalent qualification in the banking sector.
You have a deep understanding of business processes in the financial sector as well as regulatory frameworks, and ideally hold certifications in relevant methods and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management, BPMN).
You have business-fluent German (minimum C1) and good English skills (B2 level).
You demonstrate strong analytical abilities and sound knowledge in process modeling and optimization.
Your presentation and facilitation skills, as well as your constructive collaboration in interdisciplinary teams with colleagues and clients, distinguish you.
