CRM Lead

You’re a senior CRM or lifecycle marketer who enjoys ownership, complexity, and impact
Strong hands-on experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing
Proven ability to own strategy and execution end-to-end
Experience with complex or two-sided journeys (marketplaces, SaaS, platforms)
A commercial mindset and comfort being accountable for results
High autonomy in fast-moving environments
English C2; German is a plus
This role is for people who like figuring things out, making them work, and seeing the results

In this role, you’ll define how lifecycle marketing works at scale. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll connect user intent with the right message at the right time and establish CRM as a measurable, trusted growth channel across the business
Owning lifecycle strategy across supply (landlords) and demand (tenants)
Building automated journeys that drive activation, conversion, and retention
Defining segmentation and lifecycle logic across complex user journeys
Owning CRM KPIs, reporting, and performance optimisation
Continuously testing messaging, timing, frequency, and content
Supply (Landlords)
Activate and nurture leads to first listing
Reactivate inactive or churned landlords
Align CRM flows with Sales and activation pipelines
Demand (Tenants)
Segment users based on intent and behaviour
Improve visit-to-booking-request conversion
Re-engage inactive users and drive repeat usage
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Paid Media, Content, and Data, leading through expertise and influence
