bonial welcomes both full- and part-timers! We are looking for a CRM Manager France (f/m/x) to drive customer engagement, retention, and campaign performance for the French market.

As CRM Manager France, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing CRM campaigns for Bonial France across our app and email channels. You will work with channels such as push notifications, in-app messages, and email newsletters to help users discover the best local offers, brochures, retailers, and products.

In this role, you will be part of a collaborative CRM team working across kaufDA, MeinProspekt, and Bonial. You will take ownership of CRM activities for the French market while actively exchanging ideas, learnings, and best practices with your teammates to develop impactful campaigns and improve how we engage and retain our users.

You will work closely with Operations, Marketing, Design, Sales, Product, and other stakeholders to deliver relevant, high-quality campaigns that support both user needs and business goals.

Your tasks

• You plan, create, and optimize CRM campaigns for the French market across push notifications, in-app messages, and email.
• You take ownership of the French campaign calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered on time & with high quality.
• You think beyond campaign execution and are motivated to proactively drive initiatives that improve user engagement, retention, and the overall user experience.
• You write and adapt French CRM copy on native-speaker level, making sure our communication is clear, engaging, and aligned with the Bonial brand.
• You work closely with the Working Student supporting the French market, provide guidance on daily CRM activities, share market and campaign knowledge, and help her develop ownership of selected tasks.
• You work with Braze to set up, test, send, and analyze CRM campaigns.
• You collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, Design, Sales, and Product to align campaigns with business priorities & clients.
• You analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and continuously improve targeting, messaging, timing, and channel mix.
• You support the development of automated and personalized CRM journeys for the French market.
• You analyze user behavior, campaign results, feedback, and market trends to derive actionable improvements for targeting, messaging, automation, and lifecycle communication.
• You ensure that all campaigns are properly tested, localized, and compliant with internal quality standards.
• You support Community Management activities for the French market, including responding to user feedback, app store reviews, and other relevant feedback channels.

Qualifications

• You are a native-level French speaker with excellent writing and communication skills.
• You are fluent in English. German language skills are a strong plus.
• You have experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, app marketing, or a similar digital marketing role.
• You have hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools. Experience with Braze is a strong plus.
• You understand how to create effective user communication across push notifications, in-app messages, and email.
• You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing recurring campaigns, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders.
• You enjoy working with data and can translate campaign results into clear learnings and recommendations.
• You have a good feeling for user needs, local market relevance, and engaging copy.
• You are proactive, collaborative, and confident working with teams such as Operations, Marketing, Design, Sales, and Product.
• Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, personalization, or customer lifecycle journeys is a plus.
